Size selection is your own responsibility, I can only provide recommendations.
When your preferred item is found and secured, a 100% pre-payment must be done in order to proceed.
All orders are shipped directly to me ( there might be exceptions if you are located outside Latvia). As soon as I receive your item(s) I will ship it to you via Omniva or DPD providing you with a tracking number. Personal delivery can be arranged upon request.
There are no refunds, no exchanges, and no returns. The only reason for exchange, return, or refund might be an item’s manufactory flow that was found after the purchase.
You will only be able to do so if the retailer’s return policy allows it. In some cases, retailers will not allow an item exchange or refund, and/ or will only be able to issue a credit note.
Please be aware, you are liable for costs if returning an item.
Service fees are non-refundable in the event of a return, exchange, or refund.
